I would like to introduce you all to our newest addition...."Grindey"! She is a Bernese Mountain Dog, a breed from Switzerland. Her name comes from the Swiss skiing village of Grindewald, a place we have visited and would love to go back to someday. She is the sweetest, most loving puppy. I told Dean it was appropriate to get a mountain dog since we live near a "mountain". He quickly corrected me that our mountain is more like a "big hill". So Sam says we have a "Bernese Big-Hill Dog". Whatever the case, she is a member of our family now, and we are glad she is here!
